Delight For Charlie Bird By Getting Springsteen ‘Bucket List’ Tickets

Charlie Bird has revealed he will be attending Bruce Springsteen next year, after his ‘adorable’ son-in-law Rob secured tickets on Tuesday morning.
This follows the former RTE broadcaster revealing that seeing The Boss live in the RDS Arena in 2023 was “on [his] bucket list.’
Sharing the happy news via Twitter on Tuesday, Charlie said: “Woke up this morning to the news, my lovely son-in-law Rob has tickets to Brucie. So everything sorted. Thank you for all the offers, and thank you for reaching out with kindness and friendship.

Charlie shares his desire to see Springsteen and the E-Street Band since Friday when tickets went on sale and sold out almost immediately.
On Thursday, the 72-year-old also revealed he would like Springsteen’s Land of Home and Dreams to be played as his farewell “when the time comes”.
Followers of the beloved broadcaster promised him their tickets, if they ended up not needing them for whatever reason.
Friends and followers swarmed the comments section of Charlie’s post, expressing their delight at getting tickets.
One of them said: ‘Good news! I still think it would be amazing if @springsteen could do something special for you after raising an incredible 3 million euros and being such an inspiration! X’
Another added: ‘Glad for you Charlie. Something you look forward to.
Charlie also shared a stunning drawing by talented artist Niall O’Loughlin of a cartoon Charlie skydiving with football legend Mick McCarthy.
Charlie recently revealed he was hoping to do a charity skydive this summer with Mick McCarthy.
