Big Sean has a big sale on the Beverly Hills mansion he bought from Slash
The rapper Big sean sold the elegant estate he bought at Slash, the lead guitarist of Guns’ N Roses.
The Beverly Hills mansion deal was recently concluded for $ 11.1 million. Which is a nice profit, considering the rapper bought the rocker’s property in 2017 for $ 8.7 million. Its profit margin, however, was likely reduced by an extreme transformation.
Although Big Sean raked in $ 2.4 million more than he paid for the lavish property, he paid untold amounts to refresh, neutralize, and un-rock the 90210 pad that Slash had customized with the abandonment of a rock star.
For proof, note the pirate ship chandeliers that adorned the entryway and the padded stripper mast that gleamed in the living room.
Big Sean wasted no time in removing stripper vibes from the 10,971 square foot mansion. He replaced the pretty pirate girls with Buddhas and covered everything in cool, soothing tones of white.
White drapes hang over white walls with white painted wooden beams above and bleached oak floors below. The old stone palace has been transformed into a picture of peace and quiet.
The rapper also simplified what had been elaborate cooking. He opted for gray, white and stainless steel finishes for his favorite Slash custom cabinets.
A feature that has not been changed? These double islands so practical, although they have been refreshed, with surfaces and coatings.
Built in 2005, the seven-bedroom, 7.5-bathroom home also retains its entertaining features.
There is a nightclub on the lower level, as well as a state-of-the-art movie theater. For a musician, there is also a recording studio set up in cool, calm tones of white and gray.
As for entertaining guests outdoors, the nearly half-acre lot has green lawns and a large pool and spa. These spaces have also been refreshed, with a sumptuous outdoor lounge and a fireplace.
Meanwhile, the views of the city and the canyon from the estate remain equally glorious. They are visible through arched, multi-paned windows and patio doors in almost any room.
The property is located in the chic and guarded Beverly Hills enclave known as Mulholland Estates, the home of celebrities whose Christina aguilera, Kendall jenner, and DJ Khaled.
James harris, David Parnes, and Alex Vichinsky of the Agency represented Big Sean, while Jordan rubinstein de Kennedy Wilson represented the purchaser.
Big Sean (aka Michael-Leonard Anderson), 33, had his big break in 2007, when he signed with that of Kanye West Good music. Since then he has released six records, which debuted near the top of the Billboard charts and went platinum.
