Ashley Olsen makes her first red carpet appearance in over 2 years
Ashley Olsen shows off her eye-catching style on a red carpet for the first time in a long time.
On Thursday 23 September, the 35-year-old actress turned fashion mogul walked the carpet for YES’s 20th anniversary celebration at Maybourne Beverly Hills. The event honored Young Eisner Scholars, a nonprofit organization committed to supporting strong academics in economically disadvantaged neighborhoods.
The founder of YES is the former chairman of the company David Geffen Eric Eisner, who is the father of Ashley’s longtime boyfriend, Louis Eisner.
For the big night, Ashley went for a dark ensemble, including a long black coat. The festivities included a performance of Christina aguilera, while the executive chairman of the Walt Disney Company Bob Iger and his wife, journalist Willow berry, were special laureates.
The last time Ashley walked the red carpet was for the 2019 CFDA Awards in June 2019, which means it’s been over two years since her most recent. At this event, she was joined by her twin sister Mary-kate olsen.
Prior to that, Ashley walked the Met Gala red carpet in May 2019, when she and Mary-Kate both wore black leather on the fashion industry’s most crucial party. In keeping with the “Camp” theme, Ashley was decked out in a long leather coat dress, while Mary-Kate opted for a leather jacket over a leather skirt.
